Jean O’Brien brings her unique combination of extensive hands-on Human Resources Executive experience and as president of the O’Brien Group, LLC, Jean provides leadership energy for Strategic Career Development and Executive Presence Coaching, Training and Speaker to small and large gatherings.

Jean designed her succinct Exceptional Career People Skills program based on a culmination of well-earned lessons that specifically highlight five areas. The five-part program focuses on combining people skills, observation, communication, and interaction that result in comfortable relationships. Exceptional Career People Skills are presented through nonverbal and verbal skills, in-person, virtually, in writing and by phone.

Throughout her career Jean has worked with thousands of people at all levels within a variety of companies, associations, government agencies, educational, medical and legal institutions and career consulting organizations. Her coaching and training are always detailed and designed for each experience, with one person, small or large groups.

Jean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Development from The Pennsylvania State University. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources, a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator coach, a graduate of Capitol Speakers Club of Washington, DC and a certified Executive Business Etiquette coach and trainer
